Okay, I had to take some time off invoicing to rant else I think my head would explode. We have been having many of such incidents lately and I just think it is utterly irresponsible.
May I ask what is "Oh yes I ordered 4 items but what? 2 are pending? Oh, I was MORE KEEN on those 2 so I'LL CANCEL MY ORDER ALTOGETHER." Erm, like what? If you were MORE KEEN on those two items then just order those 2! Why the extra orders of the other pieces that you are "Meh, not so crazy about" ?!?!?! That's just a waste of my time having to go back (and search through emails to find) those who have ordered but have told them was pending to let them know it's available again. And extremely unfair to those who really liked the item right from the start but had to wait because of these people. You won't believe how OFTEN this has been happening. From now on, anyone with such an excuse will be immediately blacklisted. I am THAT pissed.
Next excuse that is on the rise is the "I ordered for my sister/cousin/friend/aunt/mother's friend's sister's daughter and they didn't want it anymore. So I'm canceling the order." The first few times we saw that we were thinking, okay, we'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But it has been becoming so increasingly common that we're starting to get suspicious. Sounds like an awesome way to get out of an impulse buy without getting blacklisted eh? So the bottom line is this. Don't order on behalf of someone unless you can vouch for them. Because the next person (and all the people after that) who tells us this, will be blacklisted.

Now that we've got the annoying stuff aside, we would like to say MUCHO LOOOOOOVE to all the rest of you awesome people who have been really lovely customers and have shown us such wonderful support over the past year! We have so much planned for the next few months that would not have been vaguely possible without you guys! *wipes happy tears* A lot of stuff are still in the works and we will let y'all know as soon as things have been finalized (:
